1. All prices quoted are inclusive of GST, WET, all taxes, delivery within Australia and insurance.
2. All wine is offered subject to availability and quoted prices may change without notice.
3. Once placed all orders are irrevocable and the title to the wines purchased is transferred to the purchaser or nominated party.
4. Any loss in transit or damage to goods will be reimbursed at the amount paid for the said item.
5. All goods must be inspected on delivery and any claim made within 5 working days.
6. Wines will be delivered directly from the wineries and the wineries will make every effort to deliver purchases in the best possible condition but we do not advise shipping within Australia during the warmer months. Please contact Langton’s prior to delivery with specific delivery requests.
