2010 Bordeaux Offer

1. All prices quoted are inclusive of GST, WET, all taxes, delivery and insurance.
2. All wine is offered subject to availability and quoted prices may change without notice.
3. Once placed all orders are irrevocable. Purchases will be shipped in the second half of 2013 in temperature controlled containers.
4. Full payment due by Thursday December 1, 2011. Once full payment is made title to the wines purchased is transferred to the purchaser or nominated party.
5. Any loss in transit or damage to goods will be reimbursed at the amount paid for the said item.
6. Wine purchased will not be delivered until full payment is made.
7. All goods must be inspected on delivery and any claim made within 5 working days.
8. Langton's will make every effort to deliver purchases in the best possible condition but we do not advise shipping within Australia during the warmer months. Please contact Langton's prior to delivery with specific delivery requests.
