SOMETHING’S NEW AT LANGTON’S ONLINE
We are pleased to announce that we have launched changes to Langton’s online. In particular, you will see we have upgraded a number of features in the My Account section of our site.
The changes online are a part of a major software upgrade to our behind-the-scenes business systems. As well as updating to the latest technology, upgrades to our business software mean that Langton’s will be better able to service your needs.
Some of the changes you will notice online are:
* New cart checkout system – provides better shipping and payment options
The new system separates invoices from shipping orders. It allows you to pay more than one invoice at a time as well as make a variety of shipping decisions. For example you can ship part of your invoice, use multiple delivery addresses, choose to delay shipments or schedule a pick-up. Or, if you are ready to ship and pay now, just click straight through the cart using the default settings.
* Shipping orders – puts you in control
You can now see the status of your shipping orders: whether a shipping decision has been made or whether you need to decide on shipping. And you make your decisions in your account.
* My Account – more information in a new format
Your complete transaction history: wine you purchased, payments made, your receipts and shipping decisions in a newly designed presentation.
* Your user profile – enhanced preferences
Create your own memorable username, as well as your usual shipping address pre-set others for special deliveries, new email preference settings.
