With the weather hotting up (well, at least for us southerners) it’s again that time of year when salads rule. The mere thought of slaving over a hot stove or oven during the summer months is sheer agony. Also, with the holiday season just around the corner, the idea is to keep it not only cool but quick and simple as well.
