After a great 2004 Langton’s is now already well into an even bigger year in 2005. Some of the highlights are:
Classification of Australian Wine 4th Edition
Langton’s Classification of Australian Wine 4th Edition, which will feature 101 wines, is scheduled for release July 27. While this benchmark listing of ultra-fine Australian wine is already accepted as ‘an unofficial roll of honour’, we expect the new edition will create plenty of debate and interest from collectors and the world’s wine media.
Langton’s in ‘The Wine Magazine’
In addition to the release of Langton’s Classification, we have plans to jointly publish a magazine supplement based on the new Classification as well as the Emerging and Cult wine market in ‘The Wine Magazine’.
Langton's Wine Guide 6th edition
Langton's Wine Guide has become something of a bible for wine collectors and the wine trade. The 6th edition will comprise the new 2005 Classification as well as a complete update of wineries and tasting notes. The Guide is scheduled for release in late 2005.
