Buying Wine Online or with a Langton’s Broker
Our dedicated team of experts taste every wine we sell through our online store and Brokerage team, working directly with over 200 wineries to deliver an array of interesting wine selected to deliver both quality and value every time. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or you don’t think it’s been correctly described, you can return your order to us within 14 days for a refund* or we can recommend a hand-selected alternative, personally chosen to reflect your original selection.
Buying Wine at Auction
Provenance plays an important role when buying wine at auction and every effort is made to accurately describe the condition of wine regardless of value. While Buyer Beware applies to all our auctions, all wines are meticulously checked, catalogued by our wine experts, and photographed ensuring that you have all the information possible to make the most informed decision when bidding and buying at auction.
We do recommend that buyers of older wine make appropriate allowances for natural variations of ullage and the condition of corks and labels
If you feel that the wine does not reflect the wine and condition description, please contact us to make arrangements for the return of these items for our team to review and determine whether a replacement or refund is actionable.
