Founded by Swiss vigneron Georg Fromm in 1992, Marlborough based Fromm winery has quietly established a reputation for crafting top quality single-vineyard wines. The winery is certified organic and also employs biodynamic viticultural methods with a winemaking philosophy that believes the winemaker 'guides the wine into the bottle'. Now under the helm of general manager William Hoare and winemaker Hätsch Kalberer, Fromm's wines have gone from strength to strength winning numerous awards and accolades both at home and abroad.

<p>McWilliam's Mount Pleasant Estate’s incredible Hunter Valley Semillons, beautifully made and aged before release, are among the most consistent and attractive wines one could come across. </p> <p>The Mount Pleasant winery was established in 1880 by Charles King and then purchased by the legendary pioneer winemaker Maurice O’Shea, considered one of the fathers of the modern day wine industry. His legacy of great old Hunter wines and winemaking philosophy are still widely respected. The current owner McWilliam's purchased a half share in the winery in 1932 eventually securing full ownership.</p> <p>Mount Pleasant Elizabeth Semillon (once called Hunter River Riesling) named after the Queen of Australia is a perennial favourite amongst wine enthusiasts. <p><strong>Head Wines</strong></p> <p>Alex Head is part of the new generation of small Barossa winemakers creating wines in a new, more elegant style. Inspired by the wines of the Rhone valley, Alex Head sources small-parcels of old vine fruit and uses traditional vinification techniques to produce wines with perfume, vibrant fruit and savoury complexity. Head&rsquo;s aim is maximum drinkability, which he successfully achieves by emphasising freshness, balance, texture and fruit purity. Eight wines are made under the Head label, including the Blonde and the Brunette inspired by the legendary wines of the Northern Rhone.</p>

<p><span>Arnaud Auc&oelig;ur is the oldest family Domaine in the village of Morgon. Owner/Vignerons since 1825, the Vignoble Auc&oelig;ur was established at Villi&eacute; Morgon.
