<p>A boutique wine producer, Atlas makes small batch handcrafted wines with a focus on individual vineyard expression. Owner and winemaker Adam Barton owns 6 hectares of Shiraz and 2 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon of hillside vineyards in the Clare valley and sources Riesling from the Clare&rsquo;s premium Watervale sub-region. Reds are also sourced from the warm and dry Barossa Valley to produce rich, ripe Shiraz styles, blended with Mataro or Malbec. Each label displays latitude numbers that represent the last three decimal places of the latitudinal GPS co-ordinates from where each wine originates.</p>
