<p>Island Belle is the second label from Dawson &amp; James</p> <p>Dawson &amp; James is the realisation of a shared dream between long-time friends Peter Dawson &amp; Tim James. Both are former Hardy&rsquo;s winemakers who now run successful wine consultancies. The pair has long held the desire to grow and make wine in Tasmania, a dream realised with their first vintage in 2010. Two wines are made under the label; a Chardonnay and a Pinot Noir sourced from the Meadowbank vineyard on the upper Derwent River. The site was chosen by the pair for it&rsquo;s potential to make world-class Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. From their first vintage, both wines have met with great critical acclaim.</p>

<p>Williams &amp; Selyem is a reputable winery known for producing high-quality wines. Founded in 1979 by Burt Williams and Ed Selyem, the winery began as a passion project in a garage. Over time, it gained recognition and grew into a well-established name in the wine industry.</p>
