<p><span>Originally known as Nuits, then Nuits-sous-Beaune, in 1892 it opted to append it&rsquo;s name to one of its most important vineyards, Les St.Georges. The most obvious though, is the lending of it&rsquo;s name to the entire Cote which fittingly ends there (or starts if coming from the south). <p>Bourgogne Rouge has a moderately intense robe with purple reflections when young, then becomes ruby and orangey-red after a few years of bottle aging. It presents a wide array of aromas. One of the inherent characteristics of Pinot Noir: its supple mouthfeel and balanced tannins make it approchoable young but also allow it to age.</p>

<p>Their colour is gold flecked with emerald, darkening towards yellow with age. Their bouquet evokes butter and warm croissants, bracken, dried fruit, spices and honey. Body and bouquet are not separately distinguishable, so closely blended are structure and harmony into a single perfect whole. Unctuous and firm, dry and caressing, enveloped and profound, these wines combine every virtue in a firmly-established personality.</p>

<strong>Cotes de Castillon</strong> is tucked at the easternmost edge of Bordeaux's right bank, adjacent to St.-Émilion. Red Cotes de Castillon wines are Merlot-based, offering complex and elegant flavors of red and black fruits. Wines from the best Cotes de Castillon producers can present excellent value for fans of the St.-Émilion Grand Cru style.

<p>Vosne-Romanee is above all a symbol of elegance. A soft mouthfeel is its dominant characteristic, with discreet tannins and gentle acidity providing support. These fleshy wines are very aromatic, with notes of cherry, strawberry, and underbrush. The finish is very long.</p>
