1. Which Dan Murphy’s stores can I collect my order from?
You can collect your order from more than 200 participating Dan Murphy's stores. You will be able to select your local participating store at the checkout.
2. What does it cost?
Langton’s standard delivery fees and charges apply to the Click & Collect service. Langton’s delivery fees and charges can be found here.
3. Are all products available for Click & Collect?
Yes! Any products purchased from the Langton’s online store, including Auction items, or items purchased through a broker can be collected using Click & Collect.
Products from Dan Murphy’s are not available to purchase through Langton’s but Dan Murphy’s store members will be more than happy to assist when you with any Dan Murphy’s purchases when you collect your order.
4. How quickly will I get my order?
Langton’s standard delivery timeframes will apply. Orders are typically available for collection within 2 - 10 working days.
5. How will I know when my order is ready to collect?
You will receive a text message when your order is ready for collection. Pick up is available during your selected Dan Murphy’s store trading hours. If the store is closed, or closing soon, we will SMS you in the morning when the store is open and your order is ready to collect.

6. Can someone else collect my order?
Absolutely. Just provide their name and mobile number during checkout and we'll SMS them when the order is ready to collect and send you a confirmation email. Of course they will need to be 18 years or over and bring valid photo ID to collect the order.
Should you need to change the name of the person collecting an order post purchase you will need to contact us on 1300 946 347, 9am-5pm on business days.
7. What do I need to bring with me to collect my order?
Please bring a copy of your order confirmation with you. You must bring a valid form of ID and be over 18 years to collect your order.
8. Why do you need to record my ID?
To ensure the person picking up the order is over 18 years and is the same person who paid for the order (or the person collecting on their behalf).
Recording your ID ensures we have a verified record of your age as well as helping reduce the risk of fraudulent activity. This information will only be used if we need to investigate a customer or bank complaint.
9. How long do I have to collect my order?

10. I would like to change or cancel my Click & Collect order?
Once orders are completed, they are considered final. Please see our FAQ page for details on refunds and returns here.
