Shipping Delays

At this time of year there are a lot of wine lovers wanting their orders for the festive season. As a result, you may experience some delays beyond your usual delivery experience. Please rest assured that we're doing everything we can to get your orders delivered safely and on time.

How to Update your Shipping

You can update your default setting by logging in and navigating to My Settings: Preferences: ticking “Hold Deliveries in Warm Weather” and clicking “Save”.

You’ll also have the chance to “hold” or “not hold” for warm weather at checkout each time you order online, and for Auction customers using Autoship, each time you win. If you order with a broker, simply let them know what your preference is. We’ve made this addition to our delivery service to ensure we get your wine to you as quickly as possible while giving you the choice to delay in the event of warm weather if delivery speed isn’t a priority. If your order is held for forecast warm weather, you can contact us at any time if you’d like to manually release it as soon as possible, regardless of temperature. Estimated delivery timeframes remain 2-10 business days, Australia-wide.

Please get in touch with our Customer Care Team or your Broker if you have any queries regarding delivery, summer, wine, or anything!
