The Barossa Wine Chapters Auction is now open and will reach its climax Friday April 21.

You can be part of the excitement by bidding online – or by attending the Barossa Wine Chapters Auction & Lunch on April 21 and bidding in person at the culmination of the event at the live auction – with final bids to be taken on a range of marquee wines and other important lots.

The biennial Barossa Vintage Festival will be the biggest event in the Barossa Valley this year. And the Barossa Wine Chapters Auction & Lunch – proudly brought to you by Barossa Grape and Wine Association (BGWA) in conjunction with Langton’s – is the climax of the Festival.

The two auctions include more than 250 lots, with wines donated by leading Barossa winemakers and wineries direct from their private cellars. You can also bid for a number of exclusive events hosted personally by Barossa winemaking legends.

Live auction lots will be viewable from 10am 21st April 2017 at Chateau Tanunda. Bidding for the Live Auction, will move from online at, into the room at Chateau Tanuna at 11am, where the final bidding will take place under the direction from the auctioneer.

No further bids for the Live Auction will be accepted through your online account, after 11am on Friday the 21 April 2017. The Live Auction will close at the fall of the auctioneers hammer in the room on Friday  21 April 2017.
