In other news, Ben Gould, the Margaret River mover and shaker from Blind Corner winery, popped in to open some of his bottles for us. It’s a real treat to see what young guns are doing in the region. It was a thrill to sample the new release Cullen Diana Madeline 2017. The word “approachable” was heard more than once in the tasting room, and nary a broker was seen without a smile on their face after the first sip. More

His friends and colleagues throughout the wine world, led by Yangarra’s Peter Fraser, have donated generously in kind, and Langton’s mounted a fundraising auction. The total proceeds will go to help pay White’s medical and other expenses. More
