We may collect personal information such as your name, address, and contact details, primarily for the purpose of and incidental to selling and promoting our products and services to you in a secure way.

We collect personal information directly from you.

We may also use you personal information to consider any requests you make of us, for research and analytical purposes, to perform administrative functions, and to comply with our legal obligations.

If you do not provide this information in whole or in part, we may not be able to provide you with the services you require.

We will treat any information that you give us as confidential within Langton’s and its parent company Woolworths Group Limited.  However, Langton’s may pass this information onto persons, companies or other entities who perform functions or services on our behalf, such as delivery, IT services, mailing functions, gateway providers, organisations that assist us to check for or prevent unauthorised or fraudulent transactions, or where otherwise required by law.  Some of those companies we may disclose personal information to may be located overseas in countries including the United Kingdom, the United States and New Zealand.

We will request that any organisation to which your personal information is disclosed also treats the information as confidential
