We may collect personal information from you such as your name, address and contact details, primarily for the purpose of responding to your request for information, registering your interest to sell your wine with us, organising an appointment with one of our Brokers, or dealing with your feedback or complaint.

We may also use your personal information for research and analytical purposes, to perform administrative functions and to comply with our legal obligations, such as dealing with Regulators.

If you do not provide this information in whole or in part, we may not be able to respond to your request or deal with your complaint.

It is usual for us to disclose your personal information within Langton’s and its parent company Woolworths Group Limited and to pass this information onto persons, companies or other entities who perform functions or services on our behalf, such as IT services, call centre, gateway providers, or where otherwise required by law.  Some of those companies we may disclose personal information to may be located overseas in countries including the United Kingdom, USA and New Zealand.

We will request that any organisation to which your personal information is disclosed also treats the information as confidential

Our Privacy Policy contains information about how you can seek access to or correct the personal information we hold about you, and how you can complain about a breach of privacy.
