Grand Cru Rosacker is arguably the world’s greatest Riesling vineyard, and the Trimbach Riesling bearing its fruit is one of the great expressions of this wine worldwide. Vines are all over 50 years of age. Known as Clos Sainte Hune, the wine is made with cool, slow fermentation, allowing for pure fruit expression. Clear, deep and mineral on the nose, it is rich and pure on the palate. Full bodied and juicy, with an incredibly long finish. Ageing will make it even more extraordinary.
