Pale straw in colour with green hues. Vibrant aromas of lime and lemon zest, flowering lavender, white rose and citrus blossom are met by notes of stone-fruit and green peppercorn. An intense and generous palate of concentrated lemon, lime zest and stone-fruit flavours are perfectly balanced with peppercorn spice, pure citrus acidity and a tightly wound core, that leads to a crisp, dry and exquisitely long finish.
The grapes are grown by Eden Valley contract growers of long standing with vines up to 50 years old. The grapes were delivered between 14 March and 1 April, and this spread has given the wine excellent mouthfeel and balance, only a touch behind its two siblings. Drink to 2027.

Beautiful precision of kaffir lime, granny smith apple and mixed spice define a crunchy style with just the right balance between the tension of cool nights and the ripe fleshiness of a later ripening season to make for an immediately enticing style.
