This is quite firmly reduced and presently unreadable. On the palate the relatively full-bodied flavours possess more size and weight yet they're more finely textured while culminating in a complex, palate-coating and slightly firmer finish. This clean and dry effort should reward the better part of a decade of cellar time yet be approachable after only 3-4 years. Drink 2021+ 90-92 points, Burghound (6/2016).
The whites are full-bodied, powerful, and fat, with aromas of almonds (green or toasted, depending on the age of the wine), ripe apples, white flowers, and honey, The finish is remarkably long.
The reds are deeply colored, full-bodied, and often quite fleshy, with classic aroma of cherry or kirsch and blackcurrant. Their firm structure is reminiscent of a wine from the Côte de Nuits.
