Hand-picked from 14–30yo vines in the Tamar Valley and East Coast. Fermented with both wild and cultured yeasts, matured in 34% new French oak barrels. Bright, spicy and crunchy, this is a confidently medium-bodied Tasmanian style. Bursting with wild strawberries, raspberries and redcurrants, a backdrop of wild herbs morphs seamlessly into a powder-fine tannin backdrop. Oak has been carefully played to reinforce structure over flavour.
