The first wine Mt. Beautiful presented to the public, this Riesling is a textural ode to the terroir of North Canterbury. Ripe and off-dry in style, you will be greeted with a pleasant, light sweetness, and notes of apple, honeysuckle, and citrus. All of this finishes with a lingering acid backbone, for a Riesling to refresh and delight.
Fragrant lemon-lime notes, touch of frangipani, whiff of passionfruit, touch of flint and talc. Lovely start. Mouthwatering texture and general feel, light cracked honeycomb sweetness but more about crispness of crackling lime juice and green apple. Delicate yet full of character. Beautiful expression here.

Gently aromatic riesling with lime, citrus, apple and subtle white flower flavours. An initial hint of sweetness is balanced by fruity acidity to give a drying finish. A stylish and appealing wine.
