Hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed. The vineyard really is a special site, the consummate skills of Rob Diletti. The citrus blossom bouquet and unsweetened lime juice flavours of the palate simply won't leave your mouth neutral once you've swallowed it. The length is prodigious.
