The fruit for Rocche Viberti’s Dolcetto D'Alba is sourced from a south-west facing half-hectare vineyard that sits at 250 meters above sea level. The vines are 20 years old on average. The juice is fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks prior to six months of aging in steel tanks.
In the glass, the wine is an intense ruby with typical characteristics of a perfumed and elegant Dolcetto, fruit-forward and fresh. There is no standing on ceremony with this wine other than maybe giving it a little chill.
