"A special selection from the estate vineyard, wild-fermented, matured for 8 months in French oak. It has more bite and structure than the other Credaro Chardonnays. Creamy cashew also plays a role."

"The flutter of silken fruit. This takes deliciousness to ridiculous levels. It drips with pear and preserved lemon, spice and cedary/milky oak. The flavours flow so well there's never any doubt they'll persist through the finish. Drink to 2023."

"Beautiful Chardonnay. Mellifluous. It flows, it flounces, it satisfies and seduces. Pear, citrus, cedarwood and honeycomb. It’s complex and persistent but best of all, it tastes bloody good. Drink to 2023."

Hand-picked, clones I10V1, 76 and 96, whole-bunch pressed, fermented and matured in French oak (25% new) for 8 months. The Knappstein family didn't miss the opportunity of the '17 vintage with this intense, textured chardonnay with white peach flavours and a sword thrust of citrussy acidity and integrated oak.

This was hand-harvested, fermented in French oak (25% new) with some batonnage and aged 11 months further following malolactic conversion. The result is a wine of intense stone fruit flavours, dried mango and a creamy core of cashew to nougatine, with maritime freshness bringing up the rear. Melds a contemporary leaner edge with a rich, bumptious texture.
