Grapes for this wine are carefully sourced from selected vineyards in the Great Southern region.
The fruit is picked at night when the natural sugar levels are near 10 Baume´ and the acid is in good balance. Only the clear, free-run juice is retained and vinified at cool temperatures to preserve varietal flavours and aromas. The resulting wine is made in an ‘off dry’ style which retains the natural fruit sugars in tandem with a zesty mineral acidity.
A pale and youthful glass of white wine. Aromatics are open and expressive, more guava than lime or lemon. An off-dry style, brilliant energy, lemon zest with persistent tang. Crunchy acidity in perfect balance with mid-palate sweetness. A sensational bargain.
