So fresh, so clean. On the nose and palate, this Pinot Grigio shows fresh and lively pear, lemon and green apple. The work done in the winery is evident in complementary touches of blanched almond and honeysuckle. The crisp acidity picks up from the green apple and draws the sensation out.
70% of this King Valley Pinot Grigio is fermented in stainless steel. The balance is fermented in seasoned oak for two months. After fermentation, the wine spends another two months on gross lees to build texture.
