Grown on the Saltwater River vineyard in the Tasman Peninsula, Tasmania. Unfiltered and with minimal sulphur.
Velvety texture, foresty fruits, sweet spice almost into mocha, both a freshness and a depth. There’s a ferrous aspect to this, almost graphite-like, almost iodine. It raises questions and gives multiple choice answers. It’s complex. It’s tasty. It’s very god.
