The Aux Bouthieres vineyard is classified as a Premier Cru site within Pouilly-Fuissé. It's situated on east-facing slopes with clay-limestone soils typical of the region. The vines for this cuvée are 45-50 years old on average, planted at a high density of around 10,000 vines per hectare.
Aromas of citrus, white flowers, and ripe fruits, possibly with hints of almond and subtle oak lead to a palate balancing freshness with richness. Flavours of lemon, white peach, and mineral notes swirl into a long, refreshing finish.
