This careful cask management, pioneered by Malt Master David Stewart, imparts subtle tropical fruit and toffee notes to the whisky’s core of vanilla, malt, and gentle oak, creating a palate that is oily, creamy, and layered with caramel, sugar cookie, mango, and soft spice.
