Burn Cottage Pinot Noir, Central Otago

A complex fragrant Pinot Noir showing the bright red and black fruits of Central Otago with a nod to Burgundy displayed in the layered savoury earthy complexity, delicate tannins and integrated oak. All fruit at Burn Cottage is grown biodynamically and picked according to the lunar and celestial rhythms. Gentle minimal intervention winemaking is followed by maturation in 20-30% new French oak with minimal sulphur at bottling.
