Gosset is the oldest wine house in Champagne founded in Aÿ in 1584. The vast majority of fruit sourced is from Premier cru and Grand Cru vineyards purchased from growers throughout the Marne department. Gosset steadfastly avoids malo-lactic fermentation and employs low dosage across the range to create a house style that is fresh and lively consistently exhibiting creamy complexity and underlying signature chalky minerality.
