Château Cadet-Bon’s Grand Cru Classé comes from the revered terroir of St-Emilion. The estate has been producing wine here since 1867. The vineyards are planted with 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc in limestone over clay.
Château Cadet-Bon’s Grand Cru Classé is fermented in stainless steel, then subject to malolactic fermentation in barrel. It is aged in a combination of new and aged oak barrels for over a year. Intense and teeming with red to black fruits in the glass, it possesses an enchanting creaminess on the palate, with a long finish.
