Craiglee Shiraz
The distinctive retro-modern Craiglee Shiraz combines an 1865 heritage with low-impact contemporary practices. Vinification takes place in open fermenters, with a small portion barrel fermented. Maturation follows in new (20%) and old French oak for 12 to 15 months. Typified by aromatic and complex pepper, raspberry and spice aromas, supple mineral texture and fine but firm tannins.

About Craiglee
Craiglee Shiraz, set in Sunbury, boasts a historic 1865 winery. Revived by the Carmody family, the 10-hectare vineyard by Jackson Creek yields distinctive Shiraz with earthy notes and robust tannins. Though idiosyncratic, these evolving wines captivate Victorian circles with their complexity.
