D'Arenberg The Dead Arm Shiraz

D'Arenberg The Dead Arm Shiraz

Imagination, heritage and old vine stock material underpin the authenticity and character of d’Arenberg’s The Dead Arm Shiraz. This powerful shiraz undergoes traditional winemaking practices, such as foot treading, barrel fermentation and maturation in new and seasoned French and American oak for around 18 to 22 months. The process results in a typically concentrated wine with blackberry, plum, baking spice, charcuterie and five-spice aromas, built on a foundation of fine, gravelly tannins, ample oak and underlying savoury nuances.
