Aux Combottes is a brilliant anomaly in the Côte de Nuits. Dujac's parcel sits entirely enclosed by grand cru land — Latricières-Chambertin, Mazoyères-Chambertin and Clos de la Roche — and the wine knows it. Whole-cluster vinification produces a premier cru of grand cru-calibre depth: savoury, structurally precise, with a high-acid limestone core built for decades. Among collectors who understand Dujac's trajectory, this is one of Burgundy's most intelligent acquisitions.
