Sourced primarily from century‑old vines, vinified with traditional techniques and matured in French and American oak hogsheads for 20 to 22 months, the classic style is exemplified by ripe blackberry, smoked meats, vanillin oak and praline to roasted chestnut and panforte nuances, rich and chocolatey.
