Domaine Jean-Louis Chave Hermitage is the monarch of the Northern Rhône and highly valued by collectors for its structural depth and long-term performance in the secondary market. Sourced from a centuries-old orchestration of distinct hill parcels, this icon completely resists the pull of extractive modernity. Instead, Chave uses large, neutral oak casks (demi-muids) to tease out and protect the aromatics of this apex syrah.
