Penfolds Bin 707 Cabernet Sauvignon

Penfolds Bin 707 Cabernet Sauvignon

Penfolds Bin 707 Cabernet Sauvignon, born from diverse Coonawarra, Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, and Padthaway vineyards, mirrors Penfolds Grange's winemaking essence. Since its 1964 debut, it epitomises Penfolds' red style, its richness and power standing strong. Though halted post-1969 due to fruit variations, Bin 707 resurged in 1976. Named after the Boeing 707 aircraft, symbolising Australia's global connection, it soared over Penfolds' HQ near Sydney. Handpicked ripe cabernet sauvignon ferments in stainless steel, followed by barrel maturation in new American hogsheads for 20 months. This expressive wine encapsulates Penfolds' dedication to robust, refined winemaking.
