Yarra Yering Dry Red Wine No.2 Shiraz
The idiosyncratic and distinctive Yarra Yering Dry Red No. 2 Shiraz is created primarily with fruit from vines planted in 1969. Co-fermented with minute proportions of viognier, mataro and marsanne, after small-batch vinification the wine is aged in French oak for 12 to 18 months. This highly perfumed, seductive wine is richly flavoured in style with intense blackberry, apricot aromas, supple textures and integrated vanilla notes.

About Yarra Yering
In 1969, Dr. Bailey Carrodus established Yarra Yering in Victoria's Yarra Valley. The estate's wines, crafted with Carrodus's meticulous vineyard selection and warm fermentation, showcase the flagship Bordeaux-style No. 1, evolving remarkably for over a decade, alongside diverse options like the Touriga Naçional-based No. 3.
