Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey has established himself, in little over a decade, as one of Burgundy's most exciting white wine producers. His Chevalier-Montrachet — from one of the Grand Cru's most elevated and mineral parcels — is a wine of extraordinary precision and tension. Chevalier is often considered the most elegant of the Montrachet Grands Crus, and Colin-Morey's interpretation is among its finest expressions. A domaine still in its ascent, which makes this an important acquisition.
