Pure, racy and textural with intense underlying chalky minerality, Champagne Agrapart Mineral Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut is blended from fruit sourced off two adjoining old-vine vineyards situated on the border between Avize and Cramant. The component from Le Champ Bouton in Avize is fermented in tank, while the fruit from Bionnes in Cramant is vinified in 600 litre demi-muids. Aged on lees for close to six years, the Champagne displays remarkable intensity and power.
