An Evening with Moët & Chandon

LANGTONS invites you to discover the art of haute oenologie with the world’s reigning Champagne house, Moët & Chandon. Famously championed by Madame de Pompadour and frequented by Napoleon Bonaparte, it remains a constant symbol of glamour and luxury.

Your special guest host, Chef de Cave Benoît Gouez, invites you to a personal curation and guided tasting of Grand Vintages from 2016, 2015 and 2013. He’ll take you beyond the crayères to learn about the making of Collection Impériale Création N°1. Blended by Benoît to celebrate Moët’s 280th birthday, taste the Champagne that’s considered the highest-ever expression of the house’s founding vision.

Held at Sydney’s Grill Americano, you’ll naturally be served Champagne on arrival and a four-course menu expertly matched to the cuvées on pour.
