Sit down with Champagne royalty as we uncover Pol Roger’s rich history and celebrate the newly released 2018 Sir Winston Churchill, recently named in LANGTONS inaugural International Classification of Wine.
Your special guest host is Hubert de Billy, a fifth-generation member of the founding family of Pol Roger. Drawing on his impressive heritage, with both parents born on Épernay’s Avenue de Champagne, he is also a confessed provocateur of the ‘new taste’ of Champagne.
During this intimate five-course dinner, you’ll be guided through an expert curation of the house’s finest cuvées, paired with Grappa’s refined Italian culinary craft.
