The relatively refined middle weight flavors possess a silky mid-palate mouthfeel that contrasts noticeably with the mildly rustic, balanced and lingering finish that is firm enough to repay mid-term keeping.

The 2023 used one-third whole bunch and presents a lovely bouquet with a mixture of red and black fruit and hints of wilted rose petal. The palate is medium-bodied with pliant tannins, showing a little dark chocolate toward the finish. Smooth and quite seductive, this will drink well for the next decade.
