Long one of the most complex and engaging sparklings at this price, this cuvée is deeply layered with baked apple, mixed spice, ginger cake and honey, around a core of lemon and grapefruit, more lively than ever. 30 months lees age is unheard of at this price, and while transfer method doesn't permit the bead, texture and finesse of méthode traditionnelle (hence necessitating a little more honeyed dosage), the character to price ratio is off the charts.
