Sourced from cool-climate Tasmanian vineyards, the blend contains 66% Chardonnay and 34% Pinot Noir. The wine spent 16 years on lees prior to disgorgement, finishing with a low dosage of 1.7g/L. This extended tirage yields focused flavours of hazelnut, brioche, and citrus curd alongside a fine, persistent bead. With only 1,566 bottles produced, this flagship release offers rare depth and lasting prestige for serious collectors.
