Benjamin Leroux Volnay

Benjamin Leroux established his own label after a decade as the régisseur at Domaine Comte Armand, focusing on organic and biodynamic fruit sourced from prime village sites. His Volnay is crafted with a philosophy of transparency, using small proportions of whole-cluster fermentation and neutral French oak to preserve the natural energy of the limestone-heavy soils.

The winemaking involves a light touch, avoiding heavy pumping or over-extraction to maintain the delicate structural integrity of the Pinot Noir grape. This approach ensures the wine remains vibrant and accessible, reflecting the vintage's specific nuances while adhering to a strict standard of technical excellence and vineyard-first expression.
