Billecart-Salmon
Founded in 1818 through the marriage of Nicolas Francois Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, the Champagne house of Billecart-Salmon is one of the few still owned by the original family. Located in Mareuil-ser-Ay, the house is one of the Grande Marque Champagnes. Meticulous vinification ensures the entire range displays incredible purity, clarity of fruit and lightness of touch. Billecart-Salmon produces a number of Champagnes including the Brut Reserve NV, the highly popular Brut Rose NV and the prestige cuvee Nicolas Francois, created as a tribute to the founder of the house.
