Produced from hand-harvested fruit grown on gravelly soils, this blend brings together Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Muscadelle, often aged six months on its lees in French oak, with half of the barrels customarily new. Jean-Charles Cazes now oversees this historic Pauillac estate, continuing the family’s commitment to precision and quality in both vineyard selection and cellar technique.
