Winemaker Paul Hotker is a blending wizard. James Halliday has compared him to the likes of legend Wolfgang Blass. This Shiraz/Grenache/Mataro blend isn’t witchcraft, but it does have a touch of magic to it. Small parcel fruit conjured into a vibrant red that sings with blue forest fruits, cherry and a touch of spice. The winery says it’s ‘perfect when watching a summer thunderstorm’.We think it’d suit your dinner table, too.
