Bliard-Moriset’s Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru comes exclusively from the limestone soils of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, one of Champagne’s most prized Grand Cru villages. Made from 100% Chardonnay, the vines average nearly forty years of age, granting complexity and depth to each bottle. The winemaking team employs traditional methods with a gentle touch, reserving 40% of wine from previous years and ageing it for a minimum of two years on lees. Expect fine, persistent bubbles, and an inviting nose of brioche and fresh butter. The palate is elegant and harmonious, with a crisp citrus freshness that lingers on the finish and makes this Champagne a wonderful partner for seafood or as an aperitif.
